‘No bilateral agreements will be signed during PM’s China visit’

At a press conference in the Capital on Wednesday, Minister Mahat said the government has been doing its homework seriously to implement the past agreements signed between the two countries.
During the Prime Minister’s visit, he would discuss agendas on transmission line, cross border economic zone and One Belt One Road, among others, with the northern neighbour, Minister Mahat informed.
“Apart from politics he will hold discussion on such agendas,” he said, adding, “No agreement will be signed during PM Dahal’s China visit.”
Dahal is scheduled to leave for China on March 13 to take part in the Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) Annual Conference 2017.
During his visit to China, PM Dahal is scheduled to address the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference and meet Chinese President Xi Jinping. PM Dahal is scheduled to return home on March 29.
