President Bidya Devi Bhandari and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal on Sunday sent separate messages to President of Afghanistan Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, extending heartfelt condolences to him and through him to the bereaved families as well as to the people and Government of Afghanistan.
The President and the PM also wished for speedy recovery of those injured in the incident, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement. While reiterating Nepal’s position of condemning terrorism in all forms and manifestations, they expressed support to efforts to counter terrorism and bring to justice those responsible for such heinous acts.
