The committee, led by the ministry’s Medical Service Division chief, Dr Bholaram Shrestha, found in its investigation that the protesting doctors and the management officials were guilty of refusing service to the people who were in need of emergency medical attention.
Shrestha said the ministry will take appropriate action against the guilty parties.
Five people had died and 30 others were injured when a bus carrying pilgrims crashed at Bahragaun Muktikshetra Village Council-4 in Mustang on Saturday.
