The party in its manifesto has said that it would change all the municipalities across the country into smart city and stick the pictures of King Prithvi Narayan Shah in all the offices at local level.
The party has claimed that it would make people independent in all the village councils.
The RPP said it will ban cow slaughtering to protect Hinduism and take stern action against those involved in such activities.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Federal Affairs and Local Development Kamal Thapa-led party has decided to ban forceful religious conversion to protect the cow. The party has also planned to construct cowsheds in all the municipal and village councils.
Dalits would not be barred from entering temples and strong action would be taken against those practicing caste discrimination, the party said in the document.
