MC wins 3 wards in Rukum, NC claims victory in 1 so far

According to Post's Rukum reporter Hari Gautam, Maoist Centre's candidate Harku Malla wins the polls at Ward number 1 of Bafikot rural municipality defeating Karna Bahadur Malla who represents the joint panel of NC, UML and Naya Shakti with 50 votes. Harku Malla secured 218 votes while Karna Bahadur Malla got 168 votes.
While at Musikot Municipality Nepali Congress candidate Kashiram Khadka has been election from ward 2 securing 423 votes. His nearest rival Maoist Centre's Nar Bahadur Khadka got 222 votes. All five NC candidates of the ward won the election.
Similarly Maoist Centre's Tek Bahadur Pun's panel has won the polls at Sanibheri rural municipality's ward number 1, and Dharma Bahadur Pun's panel of the same party has won the election of ward number 2 as well.
