Sadish Pradhan is the captain of the team mentored by coach Dinesh Chandra Nakarmi. Saurabh Shrestha, Ajay Kushwaha, Binod Maharjan, Binod Shrestha, Ketan Khadka, Mabindra Bhandari, Bikram Joshi, Robin Khatri, Ashim Shrestha, Bijay Burja and Ayush Singh are the members of the squad. The tournament features five South Asian teams including Nepal, host Maldives, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and India. The event will be played in round robin league and the winners will qualify for Fiba Asia Cup to be held in Lebanon in August. In the last four editions, Nepal have secured third place finishes. (PR)
