Ishwori Khanal, 30, and Chandra Bahadur Magar, 29, of Dhurkot Village Council were held with leopard pelt and skull from a Tamghas-based hotel on Friday, said police.
Security personnel had approached the smugglers in the guise of prospective clients and taken the suspects into custody with the animal parts.
Based on the statements of the arrestees, police have also detained Pharsa Bahadur Shrees of Malika in Arghakhanchi with six pelts and parts of various animals.
The seized animal parts were submitted to the District Forest Office on Sunday.
