Voters have queued up at polling centers despite heavy rainfall in Jhapa district to cast their votes on the second phase of local level election.
Large numbers of voters reached the polling centers to elect leadership in the district's eight municipality and seven village council. Heavy rainfall has lashed the district since early morning.
There are 510,216 voters registered in the district. Over 5,000 security personnel are deployed in the district.
