Speaking at a press conference organised by Sanghiya Press Forum, Saptari, on Friday, he stressed on holding the provincial elections first as the major parties are considering holding federal parliamentary elections after the local level polls.
In a different context, leader Yadav claimed that the amendment of the constitution has been delayed due to status quoist and regressive forces.
Saying that the major parties have been playing a scruffy game by keeping the constitution amendment bill aside, he challenged the government and big parties to prove the significance of third phase of local level elections. He said that the third phase of local level polls is being held in order to ensure the participation of all the political parties.
Claiming that the people of Mahesh have been affected by floods, he urged the Prime Minister to find a way to rehabilitate the flood-affected people.
Moreover, he said that Tarai has been turning into a desert due to lack of protection of Chure and opined that the Chure should be protected by even by taking international aid.
