Thailand won the toss and invited Nepal to bat first. Nepal scored 281 runs losing six wickets in allotted 50 overs.
Chasing the target of 282 runs, Thailand collapsed for just 26 runs inside 10 overs.
None of the batsmen managed to score double digit runs for Thailand.
Similarly, Nandan Yadav and Kishor Mahato and Captain Dipendra Singh Aire claimed one wicket each for the Nepali side.
Anil Kumar Mandal spearheaded the team by scoring 91 runs off 74 balls hitting five sixes and six fours, highest score of today’s tournament.
Likewise, Pranit Thapa scored 50 runs of 61 balls with one six and three fours.
Similarly, Sandeep Sunar contributed 32 runs, Rohit Kumar Paudel 28, Dipendra Singh Aire and Pawan Saraff 22 and Asif Shekh 22.
