Junkiri travels to Biratnagar

The one-hour-and-half-hour-long play tells the story of a village girl, her spiral into prostitution and the struggles she undergoes. In doing so, the play portrays the social struggles of a sex worker, especially when she has given birth to a child.
The staging is being organised by Lotus Photography School in association with the Sweta-Shree Foundation. The staging aims to raise funds to support the cause of building Integrate Settlement for quake-victims by Sweta-Shree Foundation.
Prior to this, the play was staged in Kathmandu and Hetauda. The play will have two showtimes on Tuesday, October 17. The play will then be staged at Jhorahat Theatre on Wednesday.
