“There are still a lot of development works to be completed. Dirt roads need to be blacktopped. We have to establish a medical college here. And we have to end unemployment,” he said while promising to achieve those tasks and much more for the district after he is elected.
He also said that he would complete the constructions of Pancheshwor and West Seti hydropower projects at any cost.
The four-time prime minister also went on to claim that with the support of Dadeldhura voters nobody could stop him from being re-elected to the top post in the future.
“If I win I become a prime minister, while the others just to get to become lawmakers,” he said.
Says will become PM for seven times

“An astrologer has told me that I shall hold the prime minister’s job for seven times. I have become the prime minister for only four times so far,” he said.
Deuba’s remark comes a day after CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli claimed during an election rally that NC would never in the future hold the top executive berth.
