The Nepali Congress Central Office has disapproved the vote counting in Tanahu constituency 2 (A).
The statement issued by the NC Office Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Poudel argued that forged ballot papers were found during the calculation of the votes (vote count, invalid votes, and votes cast) from five ballot boxes of different booths.
It indicates vote rigging with the involvement of concerned employees mobilised for election, said the press release, demanding the re-poll at Amarjyoti Secondary School GyarSin, Janjukta Shahi Secondary School 'a', Janajau Kumari Shahi Basic School 'a' Udaya Secondary Thulatar 'b' and Min Secondary of Myagde-4.
