Injured fire-truck driver Arun Kumar Mahato has been admitted to Trauma Centre in Bir Hospital, and fireman Sanjiv Kumar Nepal has been referred to Kirtipur Hospital for further treatment.
The two were injured and two others went missing when a fire-truck of Birgunj Metropolitan City that reached the inferno site to douse the fire itself caught fire on Wednesday morning.
The fire at Super Gas factory in Sukhasaina that started at around 6 am is still out of control.
Meanwhile, fire dousing equipments and chemicals are being brought from Indian Oil Corporation depot in Raxaul, India, to douse the massive fire at gas factory in Birgunj.
A fire engine from Simara Airport has also been sought to take the fire under control.
Police has evacuated settlements nearby the gas plant.
