After winning the toss, Oman invited Nepal to bat first and restricted Nepal to 138 runs in 46 overs in their allotted 50 overs.
Chasing the target of 139 runs, Oman wrapped up the inning in 35.1 overs by losing four wickets.
Omani batsman Abiq Ilyas scored highest 46 runs including five boundaries.
Sandeep Lamichhane of Nepal took two wickets while Basanta Regmi and Sompal Kami claimed one wicket each.
Sharad Veswakar scored highest 22 runs for Nepal while Kaleemullah of Oman claimed four wickets.

Nepal posted a paltry 138 runs target to Oman in their second encounter of the ongoing ICC WCLD II played at the Windhoek, in Namabia, on Friday.

Malla trudged off after scoring a painstaking 7 runs in 17 balls with a solitary hit to the fence.
Dilip Nath and Skipper Paras Khadka combined for 28 runs partnership for the second wicket to give momentum to the innings, before Nath fell while trying to up-the-ante caught by Odedra off Faiz Bhutta’s delivery in the mid wicket region.
He hit 19 runs off 49 balls, studded with three fours including a scorching back foot drive to the off side and a short arm jab over midwicket.

Earlier on Thursday, Nepal pulled off a sensational victory in their opening match of the ICC World Cricket League Division 2 edging the hosts by one wicket in a last over thriller at the Affies Park in Windhoek on Thursday. Oman had lost to Canada by eight wickets.
