Province 6 Cabinet gets full shape
Province no 6 Chief Minister Mahendra Bahadur Shahi has expanded the provincial Cabinet to full shape on Sunday. Those inducted to the new Cabinet are—CPN-UML lawmakers Prakas Jwala has been appointed the Minister for Economic Affairs, Dal Rawal is the Minister for Social Development, Nanda Singh Budha has been given the responsibility to look over Ministry of Industry, Forest, Environment and Tourism and Khadga Bahadur Khatri will head the Ministry of Infrastructure.
Likewise, CPN (MC) lawmakers Naresh Bhandari has been inducted as the Minister for Internal Affairs and Bimala KC has been inducted as the Minister for Internal Affairs and Land Reform, Agriculture and Cooperatives.
The newly appointed ministers took the oath of office and secrecy from Provincial Chief Durga Keshar Khanal and assumed the office today itself.
