Police have arrested a man for murdering the children of his cousin in Tribeni Rural Municipality-2, Rolpa. Kharka Bhiswakarma, 21, was arrested from Bhangobari while he was trying to flee the law after murdering five-year-old Prem Bishwakarma and his three-year-old sister Basanti Bishwakarma on Monday evening . Police said Kharka Bahadur might have murdered the two children because enmity with their father, Ganesh Bishwakarma.
