The umbrella body of Nepali doctors on Monday said they were compelled to issue the threat of stern step as the government has remained indifferent and not taken any initiatives to save the life of the veteran orthopaedic surgeon even though his indefinite hunger strike has entered 17th day on Monday.
The NMA has said that they would halt the entire services except emergency in all private and government hospitals, nursing homes and clinics starting July 19.
