A man died after a truck laden with gas cylinders hit him in Lalitpur on Thursday.
The deceased has been identified as Balamdhari Prasad Kalwar, 55, of India and had been residing in Sanepa.
The truck (Na 6 Kha 671) heading towards Ekantakuna from Satdobato hit Kalwar today.
Critically injured in the incident, Kalwar breathed his last during the course of treatment at the B & B Hospital in Satdobato, Lalitpur Traffic Police Chief Sitaram Hachhethu said.
Police said that they have arrested truck driver Suraj Lama for investigation.
