Editors of various media outlets have expressed solidarity with the demands of senior orthopaedic surgeon Dr Govinda KC, who has been fasting for the last 23 days demanding reforms in the country’s medical education sector.

Issuing an appeal after meeting Dr KC at the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital in Maharajgunj on Sunday, the editors expressed their concern over the government’s indifference to his demands.
