A Cabinet meeting chaired by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli appointed Sushil Gyewali as the Chief  Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Reconstruction Authority (NRA) on Thursday.

The newly appointed CEO expressed his commitment to complete the reconstruction works on time by developing a concrete action plan.

Gyewali added that the NRA will review the achievements made so far and develop a new blueprint. Recalling his first tenure as a stint dedicated towards developing the NRA foundation, Gyewali said, “We will move ahead with efficient coordination on the basis of experiences and lessons learnt in the past.”

The new NRA head-honcho also promised to lead the reconstruction drive by mobilising the general public through the local authorities.
