7 robbers arrested in Siraha

According to Jeevan Kumar Shrestha, Chief at the Siraha District Police Office, they were arrested from different places in coordination with Dhanusha District Police Office.
The suspects have been identified Naresh Kumar Thakur, 20, Ranindra Thakur, 19, Shyam Sundar Thakur, 38, Ramesh Kumar Mahato, 19, Shatrudhan Thakur, 27, Chandra Shekhar Yadav, 22, and Indian citizen Kishor Kumar Sharma, 27.
Police said that the staffer was robbed while he was heading to Siraha after collecting the money from depositors at Sagarpur in Siraha Municipality 22 on September 13.
Police have confiscated a US-made pistol, an Italian pistol and 13 rounds of bullets from their possession.
Shrestha said the accused had been using a motorbike stolen from Nepal with Indian registration number plate to rob the people.
