Two months since its inauguration, the Nepal-India Friendship Pashupati Dharamshala has yet not started its operations.
On August 31, on the sidelines of the BIMSTEC Summit, Prime Ministers KPS Oli and Narendra Modi inaugurated the Dharamshala or guesthouse for pilgrims.
Pashupati Area Development Trust (PADT) Treasurer Dr. Milan Kumar Thapa told RSS the Dharamshala will start the Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management (NATHM) submits its report on this.
The NATHM report is due on October 28.The Government of India had provided Rs 220 million for the construction of the Dharamshala that will have facilities of a ‘Three Star’ hotel.
