UN Deputy Secretary General Amina J. Mohammed is arriving Nepal on November 15 to take part in the Global Campaign for Education (GCE) World Assembly.
During her 24-hour stay, Amina will take part in some high-level discussions to be organised in Nepal. Her visit schedule has not been made public by UN Nepal office.
Amina, a former Environment Minister of Nigeria, had also worked as special adviser to Secretary Genreal Ban Ki-mon on Post 2015 Development Planning.
The sixth Global Campaign for Education (GCE) World Assembly will be held from the 16th to 18th November 2018 under the theme “Transforming public education systems for equality, inclusion and justice” in Kathmandu.
