The children are undergoing treatment at the BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences (BPKIHS). Dr Arun Kumar Singh of the BPKIHS said that the children who showed symptoms of fever, stomach ache and nausea were confirmed to be suffering from dengue.

The sub-metropolis office has started a drive to destroy mosquito larvae and spray medicines in the affected areas with the technical assistance of the BPKIHS from Wednesday.
