Mercury dips in Valley

Kathmandu Valley recorded the lowest temperature of this year on Sunday, with the minimum temperature at 8 degrees Celsius, the Meteoro-logical Forecasting Division said. Tempera-tures in most parts of the country including the Valley have dropped with the end of Dashain festival.
