Karbonn launches 2 new phones

KATHMANDU: Allied Continental Trade Link, the authorised distributor of Karbonn mobiles in Nepal, has launched Karbonn S1 Plus and A 92 in the domestic market. The S1 Plus is powered by 1.2 GHz quad core processor and runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system. The phone comes with 4-inch touch screen display. It boasts 5 mega pixel real camera with LED Flash and 0.3 mega pixel front-facing camera. Likewise, it’s another smartphone A 92 is powered by 1 GHz dual core processor and runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system. The smartphone comes with 3.97-inch Capacitive Touch Screen 480x800 P and 3.2 MP rear camera and 1600mAh battery. It has an internal storage of 512 MB which is expandable up to 32 GB. The A92 is priced at Rs 6,990. Launching the phones, Shashin Devesare, executive director of Karbonn India said these two smartphones will make itself the niche in the growing smartphone market in Nepal. “With its high-quality and affordability the S1 Plus and A 92 is expected to make a mark in the Nepalese market,” he said.
