He was rushed to Gangalal Heart Centre, Bansbari, on Thursday after he suffered a heart attack. He was referred to Norvic on Friday. In a statement on Sunday, Norvic said he had suffered a heart attack (myocardial infarction) and brain attack (left cerebral infarction) simultaneously.

Bogati’s condition is being monitored by a team of doctors led by Sr Consultant Cardi-ologist Prof Dr Yadav Bhatta, Consultant Neuro-logist Dr Pankaj Jalan and Sr Consultant Pulmonologist Prof Dr Ramesh Chokhani.

“There has been no progress in his health in the past two days. He is in critical condition,” said Dr Bhatta. “There is no sign of improvement in his nervous system.”
