There were 59 incidents of press freedom violations in 2013. No payment, under payment and payment delay toworking journalists are long-time problem and hindrances journalists, the report said.

The main reason behind the decline in such cases this year is a relatively stable political situation. However, a new trend of journalists being target at local levels is growing.
