Army helps build schools in PArbat

Post-quake, the army is actively involved in Parbat in rebuilding damaged buildings and building temporary classrooms.

After army personnel from the Ranadal Battalion built temporary classrooms at Tulodaya High School, Tilahar, the school is

scheduled to start classes from June 1.

“We were reluctant even to enter the badly damaged building, let alone start teaching inside it,” said the principal of the school, Suresh Poudel, “the army has done us a big favour by building temporary classrooms.”

According to battalion chief Ujjwal KC, the army is building temporary classrooms throughout the district.
