He said they will start constructing the monument after the land is acquired from the municipality.
Meanwhile, lawmaker Kedar Sanjel has announced that he will provide one million rupees for the project. Industry Minister Mahesh Basnet, who is also a patron of the organisation, said that there would be no shortage of fund if the organisation acquired land to construct the monument.
It is said that the monument will also see a memorial programme on the twelfth day of the Nepali month of Baisakh every year.
Bhaktapur Municipality Executive Officer Uddhav Rijal, however, said they have neither received any written letter nor were discussing the plan to provide a plot of land for the organisation as they are busy removing debris these days.
