The students from All Nepal National Independent Students Union-Revolutionary are planning to visit Lipu-Lekh on Tuesday.
Darchula locals said that the Indian security forces have deployed security personnel in areas above Khalanga, the district headquarters, which borders with India.
Indian newspaper “Dainik Jagaran” also reported heavy deployment of Indian security personnel in areas above Khalanga up to Kalapani.
Maha Buddha Singh Budhathoki, a Darchula local, informed that Nepali workers who had been working in Indian towns like Gunji, Kuti, Kalapani, Navi, and Budi have also been sent back to Dharchula, Indian town the border Nepal.
