Former Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai and his supporters have started preparing an organisational structure of a new party. A team of leaders will be deployed at grassroots level for the purpose under the central-to-village organisational structure adapted by the party.

The party has also allocated some key responsibilities to its leaders. Devendra Poudel has been entrusted the responsibility of head of the organisational department, while Yishila Yami has been appointed as head of party’s international bureau. Similarly, Kumar Poudel will look after party’s sister

organisations and Ram Kumar Sharma has been made head of party’s ethnic department.

Leader Poudel said they have started homework on preparing party’s organisation. “We will form our organisations at colleges, schools, industries, government offices and other places as a part of our campaign of forming a new party,” he said.
