Nepali squad eager to keep U-14 title home

Both sides head into the final almost eight months after the match had to be halted due to the devastating April 25 Great Quake that had struck Nepal. Bangladesh Football Federation had asked the AFC to hold the final for which Anfa agreed to host.
Nepal were undergoing preparation for the last 20 days, one of the reasons why coach KC was confident for. “We are confident that the title will stay home because we have been preparing for this single match for quite a long time,” said KC adding his side will play a dominant game. “We will play a pressing game. At this moment I thank God that we have overcome the tragedy. We are eagerly awaiting tomorrow’s final,” he said.
Nepal skipper Puja Rana said her side was eager to keep the title home. Bangladesh coach Golam Rabbani Choton respected the Nepali team and looked confident ahead of the final. “Our team has just prepared for 15 days for this final. I am confident my girls will give their best,” he said.
