Dec 24, 2015-
President Bidhya Devi Bhandari said there’s no doubt in implementing the currently promulgated constitution in the country.
After inaugurating the Golden Jubilee ceremony of Bhojpur Multiple Campus on Wednesday, President Bhandari said the country will be prosperous if the new constitution is implemented.
Stating that the Nepalis have been deprived of education, Bhadari said that most people in the country are poor and forced to be dependent on others. She said the country will move towards prosperity if natural resources and tourism sector are developed.
Bhandari also requested Tribhuvan University Vice-chancellor Prof Tirtharaj Khaniya to take initiation in reconstructing the quake-damaged infrastructures of TU-affiliated colleges across the country.
Bhadari returned to Kathmandu at 3pm after meeting some locals at Aambote in Manebhanjyang VDC-1. It was her first visit to her home district after being elected to the country’s top post.
