Take a break
Dec 25, 2015-
Are we toiling away in the cubicle to get rich, or live a happier life? Whatever your answer is, we all will agree that taking a break can actually improve your productivity, add a new dimension to your relationship, and endure the office-work better after a vacay.Nothing brings hearts closer than the joint experience of sharing new horizons, cultures, food and the rising sun. But having said that, if you can’t find a partner in crime, just pack your bags and give in to the wanderlust. As our resident travel guru, Tsering Ngodup Lama puts it: “Staring at the photos of exotic destinations does not compare with actually being there!”
And while you are at it, go ahead and delay your return to the ‘real’ world and swing away in your hammock of travel paradise. Don’t rush back; savour all the flavour of your travel destination. You’ll be happy you did, just like our three wanderers on this week’s Journey On.
Note: our intention is not to promote procrastination, even though it could be easily taken that way.
