He added that such statements had affected the government’s functioning and stability.
Thapa claimed that it was an authoritarian mindset to attempt to include all the political parties in the government. During a press meet in Mahendranagar on Tuesday he asked, “Is the current government anti-national?”
He claimed that the incumbent government incorporating the parties having diverse ideologies as the Rastriya Prajatantra Party and the UCPN (Maoist) was a national government.
Thapa complained that some responsible leaders
of the ruling parties had been making unnecessary remarks instead of giving constructive feedback to the government. (PR)
