Lecloux’s work on display at AFK
Photo.circle is collaborating with the Alliance Francaise of Kathmandu (AFK) to organise a photography exhibition titled L’usure du monde—The wearing of the world.Photo.circle is collaborating with the Alliance Francaise of Kathmandu (AFK) to organise a photography exhibition titled L’usure du monde—The wearing of the world. The exhibition, scheduled to open at the premises of the AFK at Teku Road, Tripureshwor, on February 11, will feature the work of French photographer Frédéric Lecloux. Eminent photographer Frédéric Lecloux also works as a workshop teacher at the Rencontres Internationales de la Photographies in Arles and at photo.circle in Kathmandu. He was born in 1972 in Brussels, Belgium and currently lives in France.
His work has been published by Le Bec en l’air in Marseilles and is distributed by VU Agency in Paris. The photographer is the author of—among others—Brumes à venir (2012), L’Usure du Monde (2008), and Katmandou 2058 (2003).
The exhibit will open at 5 pm on Thursday and will be on display till March 4.
