Bipul Chhetri to serenade KTM again

Singer and songwriter Bipul Chhetri is all set to play in Nepal, on March 5. Bipul, known for infusing classic folk Nepali tunes into his songs, will be playing at a concert set to be held at the Victory Lounge Bar, in Durbarmarg, Kathmandu. 

During the concert, titled Live Musical Era 2016, Chhetri will be performing some of his best hits for over two hours. 

An alumni of London-based Trinity College, Chhetri was graduated with classical guitar as his major. Chhetri has an album, Sketches of Darjeeling, to his credit, which has been receiving rave reviews. The concert is part of Fame Nepal’s monthly event, where an artist will be performing each month, set to kick off with Chhetri’s concert. In the following months, the organisers hope to invite artists such as 1974 AD, Sugam Pokharel and Deepak Bajhracharya. The concert will start at 7 pm. Tickets are priced at Rs 1,000 and 1,500.
