Nepal, China agree on security matters

During a meeting, the Nepali side led by Jhabindra Aryal, joint secretary and head of the North Asia Division at the Foreign Ministry and the Chinese side under Liu Guangyuan, director general of External Security Affairs of the Chinese Ministry of External Affairs held discussions on a wide range of security cooperation between the two countries. The Chinese side urged the Nepali officials to be more alert not to allow any anti-China activities in March. “We have assured them that Nepal adheres the one-China policy and strictly maintains that Nepali soil will not be used against its neighbour,”
said Aryal.
