Frost & Sullivan’s Leadership Summit to kick off today

The event will bring together renowned personalities such as Aroop Zutshi, global president and managing partner of Frost & Sullivan, Idris Jala, CEO of Malaysia’s PEMANDU and managing director of BFR Institute, Binod Chaudhary, chairman of Chaudhary Group, Padma Jyoti, chairman of Jyoti Group, and former finance minister Ram Sharan Mahat, among others.
During the event, Zutshi will share his perspective on surviving the future business environment, both as an individual and as a company, since innovation has now become critical for success.
He will further discuss visionary innovation, corporate growth, digital disruption, and how to cope with uncertainties arising out of the disruption.
“Nepal is striving to graduate beyond the Least Developed Country (LDC) status by 2021. FDI promotions across key growth industries will enable a conducive business environment compared to regional peers,” a statement issued by Frost & Sullivan says.

As Nepal emerges, it will lay the foundation to become ‘digital’ that will transform and lead to new vistas across industries and, once implemented, it will open huge opportunities for the citizens, while uplifting the country’s growth.”
Another prominent speaker of the event is Idris Jala, managing director of the BFR Institute, a unit in the Malaysian Prime Minister’s Department, which is tasked with spearheading Malaysia’s transition towards high income status by 2020.
In his keynote speech, Idris will share the experience of Malaysia’s Transformation Journey.
During the event, Chaudhary will be felicitated with Frost & Sullivan’s prestigious 2016 Growth, Innova-tion and Leadership Award.
The Forbes billionaire will be recognised not just for his perseverance, diligence and leadership but also for making a significant contribution in the sectors of health, education, youth empowerment, and employment in Nepal, says the statement.
