NE Group, which has investments in manufacturing and industrial sectors, has raised the size of Indra-Jawahar Medical Treatment Fund at Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj, to Rs10 million from existing Rs 5 million.

NE Group said the size of the fund was doubled to support medical treatment of those children whose parents cannot afford expenses due to their poor financial condition.

The fund was set up by Jawahar Devi Shrestha in remembrance of her late
