The daily wage and contract-based employees of Lumbini Development Trust (LDT) have ended their protest after the assurance from the minister for culture and tourism pledged to address their concerns. Following the minister’s assurance, Rabindranath Sukla, who had been staging a hunger strike for the last 12 days, withdrew his protest on Friday. (PR)
