The day-long programme supported by Himalayan Climate Initiative (HCI) aims at helping startups lacking fund to turn their vision into reality. The organisers said entrepreneurs like Nirvana Chaudhary, managing director of Chaudhary Group, and Anand Bagaria, managing director of Nimbus Holdings, will be opening themselves for supporting and funding startups.
According to HCI, both the speakers would provide practical ways to get startups funded by them. The event will be moderated by professionals who can help the audience directly interact with the speakers.
“The event has been initiated with a motive to promote entrepreneurship. We will stand as a support to enterprising ideas and help them excel fulfilling their requirement of fund and office space, among other necessities,” said Sirsha Risal, head of communications at HCI.
Participants will be able to listen to Chaudhary and Bagaria regarding the criteria and the kind of business they are willing to support.
Both the speakers will also be sharing their inspiring journey.
The participants will get 15 days to submit ideas. The ideas that get selected will move ahead with further process, including training for a period of 45 days. “The concept is to get everything done within two months,” Risal said.
Risal added major corporates like CG and Nimbus have allocated a certain fund for business incubation and that HCI has created a platform to tap it by involving such corporate and startups.
