DPM Nidhi provides relief to Gautam’s family

The government had declared Gautam a martyr and announced to provide the amount to the Gautam’s family. Speaking at the handover function, DPM Nidhi said Nepal never accepts interference and encroachment.
Nidhi said Gautam was found to have been shot dead by the Indian side, adding that the government had sent the report to the Indian government. “India should apologise about the incident,” he demanded.
Meanwhile, Physical Infrastructure and Transport Ramesh Lekhak, who is also the
Nepali Congress (NC) leader, also handed over Rs 700,000 to the Gautam’s family on behalf of the party. The NC’s student wing Nepal Student Union also provided Rs 400,000 to the family.
