Nepal, the only team yet to open account in the five team group, conceded three goals after the break in a one-sided affair. Forward Hasan Meftah hit the target twice in the 20th and 67th minute.
Ebrahim Mubarak made it 3-0 in the 86th minute before Sayad Mohamed Ameen Husain completed the rout of Nepal scoring another goal in the stoppage time.
Nepal, who lost the first match 2-0 against the hosts Kyrgyzstan on Tuesday, played the last few minute with a man down as Dinesh Henjan was sent off in the 88th minute for manhandling a Bahrain player.
Nepal will take on United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Saturday before wrapping up their campaign against Oman on November 8 with their chances of qualification all but over.
The UAE, Oman, Bahrain and host Kyrgyzstan all have earned equal three points in the group which sees the table-topper automatically qualify for finals next year in Indonesia.
Besides, group winners the best five runners-up from 10 groups will also book tickets to finals.
