Nepal set title showdown with Bangladesh

Nepal and Bangladesh on Friday set the title clash of the first International Wheelchair Cricket Tournament at the TU Stadium grounds. Both secured their places in the final after Nepal beat India by 65 runs and Banaglesh also saw off India by six wickets. Nepal scored 151-4 with half century from man-of-the-match Nabin Rai and restricted India for 86-7 in 14 overs. Earlier, Bangladesh achieved the 163-run target for the loss of four wickets in 17.1 overs. Saurabh Mallik’s 62-run effort went in vain for India. The final in on Saturday. (PR)
