The CPN (Maoist Centre) has accused Nepali Congress President and Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba of not creating an environment for new government formation. Writing a letter to inform the PM about the party’s decision to recall the party’s ministers three months after they were stripped of their responsibilities, Maoist Centre Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal accused Deuba of delaying the process of handing over power to the parties getting the popular mandate.
