Gandaki State CM for education policy reform

Gandaki Province Chief Minister Prithvi Subba Gurung has called for a change in the education policy to prop up human resources required for the country.
Addressing the 60th anniversary function of the Dharapani Secondary School of Annapurna Rural Municipality-3 on Saturday, Chief Minister Gurung underscored the need of technological education for the promotion of entrepreneurship. “We should establish an agro-engineering campus at Dhikurpokhari without delay,” he said.
Gurung expressed commitment that Gandaki Province would be a model province with its development and reduction of poverty by 50 percent in five years. The old-age allowance would be increased to Rs 5,000 a month within five years, he assured.
