He said that state not being serious towards the protests ongoing for more than three months is unfortunate.
Speaking at a press meet at Gulariya, the district headquarters of Bardiya, on Monday, the leader went on to warn that the protests will not rest unless the demands of Madhesi Morcha, including constitution amendment to revise the federal states border, are not met.
Likewise, Tarai Madhes Loktantrik Pary Chairman Mahanta Thakur said there has not been favourable circumstance to sit for dialogues with the government despite government’s formal call for talks.
The government should do enough homework and come with a decisive proposal while inviting us on board the talks table, Thakur said.
